The main ambition of the building is to act as a meeting point for promenade visitors, to give opportunities for different leisure activities and to become a favourite place for people seeking active relax in nice surroundings. Visitor is presumed to advance as follows: coffee/cockteil in the ground floor followed by active relax in the two-floor fitness centre in the upper floors. Burnt calories can be replenished in the restaurant over the café and a promenade walk is a pleasant ending of the day.
