A newly designed building is located in Bratislava not far from the Drotárska street. For the barrier-free structure a clearly defined shape has been selected a block with rectangular layout and longer axis parallel to the axis of the plot. The main entrance into the building is on the south-eastern side. In the office building functions are separated horizontally with additive links between individual areas. The first floor contains an entrance area with a reception, showroom and necessary facilities. The second floor is reserved for management offices. The third highest floor houses creative and technical departments. A garage with technological rooms, as well as a fitness centre with a sauna, and a living suite are located on the first underground floor.
