Intelligent passive house

Passive villa is located on a lot 140 x 20 meters sloped down towards South. Shape of the house meets the lot proportions. It does not cut it across but it lets it affect us as a continuous stretch of green meadow. In the upper part is a basketball playground and sheltered parking for 3 cars. An entrance, a kitchen, a dayroom, a separate apartment, a garage and auxiliary rooms are located on the lower floor. Three bedrooms, fitness and gallery are on the upper floor. The upmost floor is a “cockpit” with a living room, a small kitchen and a bedroom. A huge terrace with a small garden is accessible from the cockpit. All bedrooms have separate closets and hygienic premises.
